- greeting employees when entering the building, helping with any queries, and always maintaining a professional
- receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

- support the building management team on managing the logging in of parcels and post and refuse waste collections. Ensuring it is being recorded correctly
- keeping an eye on the weather to place weather related safety equipment out or store away
- ensuring correct signage is displayed in the reception area on fire alarm test day
- answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
- any couriers, post deliveries to be redirected appropriately
