  • board level repairs
  • diagnosis and solving of hardware and software issues
  • providing technical support on site at customers’ homes and businesses, in our Wetherby workshop and by telephone and remote support
  • system builds and installation of software
  • on-site installation of laptops, workstations and servers
  • setup of: antivirus, cloud backup, email etc, virus removal and system clean-ups

Requirements

  • relevant IT: 2 years
  • board level repairs & soldering: 2 years
