warehouse manager
Responsibility
- develop and implement efficient policies and procedures to enhance warehouse operations
- maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- keep accurate records of inventory using our management software, ensuring all products are stored safely and securely
- collaborate closely with the purchasing team to manage incoming stock and allocate storage space as needed
- order warehouse supplies to maintain operational efficiency
- identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- oversee the receiving, stocking, and shipping of our delightful crafts, partyware, teddy bears and accessories, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
- familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory systems
- strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations
- computer literate with good numeric skills
- experience in software such as Scurri and Orderwise ideal but not essential
- warehouse Management: 1 year
