- responsible to: Registered Owner & Residential Care Home Manager
- to manage the day-to-day running of the home and to act as person-in-charge whenever asked to by the Care Home Manager & Registered Owner
- to ensure that the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical and material needs of the service users are recognised, assessed and met
- ensuring that supplies are ordered
- ensuring that the dietary needs of service users are met
- ensuring that good standards of food presentation are maintained
- to ensure that adequate arrangements for the introduction and reception of new service users are made
