- the Forge Garage is seeking a Service Advisor for our busy Winton branch
- experience in the motor industry is essential and previous experience must be 2 years minimum. Please don’t apply if you don’t meet this criteria
- ordering parts,operating goods returns procedures and maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

- deliver excellent communication skills and customer service over the phone and face to face
- be organised and able to manage a busy workload to ensure work is assigned to technicians quickly and efficiently
- contact customers and explain any necessary vehicle repairs in a way they can understand, and gain approval for this work
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and still maintain outstanding customer service throughout
- help answer all incoming email enquiries to the branch, and schedule bookings on the system
- ability to work effectively as part of a team, assisting your Managers in completing key administrative tasks
- understand and adhere to the companies policies and procedures
- undertake the necessary training and skills development
- must have experience in all aspects of vehicle maintenance
- must be able to work part of the team as well as on their own
- technician candidates will be working to high standards and must have experience working on different makes and models of cars and vans
