I’ve worked for the company for over eight years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Staff are all very friendly and the management team always act with professionalism and courtesy. The new premises are very state of the art and it would be difficult to improve them any further. Delivery vehicles are the latest models and are a pleasure to drive.

But since joining The I’ve have had the pleasure of working in many industries, and have had a lustrous career. But since joining The Nursery Catering Company, over a year and a half ago I can honestly say this job by far has and is the best job I have ever held. The work life balance is perfect. The staff are super friendly and the factory is state of the art, with brand new kitchens, and equipment. The delivery vehicles are brand new of which I drive. The Nursery Catering Company delivers all over the UK and the nurseries I deliver to are always happy to see us drivers. It is a pleasure to come to work and I always feel like a valuable team member.

Working for this company is horrendous. You are over worked and not appreciated at all. The CEO doesn’t know anything about his company. He will discriminate against you if you suffer with mental health excluding autism. If you are autistic you are able to steal from this company multiple times, get caught but you will not loose your job. If you take a 10 minute break confirmed by the manager, the CEO will then approach you very aggressively and try to intimidate you especially if you are a young woman. This man has a son with severe autism so that is the only condition that is seen as valid in this work place. Special measures will be put in for you if you are autistic for example; you are allowed to tell everyone how much debt the CEO is in. You can steal £1,000’s pounds worth of food and you will not get sacked. You will have things stolen from you in this company e.g your bank card and this will never be investigated as this behaviour is seen as acceptable in this company. You are allowed to be sacked 3 times and brought back. My advice, if you don’t want to do anything but stand around at work, steal and be abusive this is the company for you and you will fit right in!
