Why did they contact me just on Monday when the company that went bust was in Feb 2023. I have been contacted by several companies coming out of the woodwork offering me my money back if I pay.

I don’t know the company. They are not the liquidators, but tell me they can get my money back by this Friday provided I pay them £3000.

Are Dalewood Holdings a reputable company who are sole company to administer monies of companies which have gone bust? They tell me they are agents for the victims of a fraud, but they want me to pay a fee for a temporary number. I don’t feel comfortable about paying nearly £3000 of my own money to get back my investment of £10000. I would appreciate an answer.

I have only their website and phone calls telling me they are the ONLY company authorised to administer the monies of Whisky Scotland investors. About four other companies have said the same thing. How do I verify any of them as they all asked for money to proceed. Why should I pay them my money to receive my money? My bank and my son say never pay anyone money.
