• prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries and cakes
• follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
• mix ingredients, measure quantities, and monitor baking times and temperatures

• clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
• collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements

• proven experience as a baker or pastry chef in a restaurant or bakery setting
• knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• familiarity with baking equipment and tools
