• our early years programmes support children aged 0-5, their families and the early years practitioners involved with their development. Programmes are delivered across the UK in disadvantaged and underserved communities
• thanks to new funding, we are expanding our team to work in a number of new areas, supporting the early language and literacy skills that enable children to engage fully with their education and develop the skills needed for later life
• what we’re looking for
• you will manage a variety of early years projects in Manchester and across the North West, training and supporting local delivery partners and ensuring we meet key milestones and targets

• we run a diverse and exciting range of campaigns and projects, including putting books into McDonald’s Happy Meals, running the Marcus Rashford Book Club and creating thousands of primary school libraries
• working as part of our small media team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the media and communications campaigns for projects like these, as well as our fundraising, conferences and events
• what we’re looking for
• you will build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensure we reach our target communities with vital literacy messaging, and drive support for our work
• you will be a driven and creative communications professional with a deep passion for education and social justice
• you will work closely with our Senior Media and Communications Manager, as well as with colleagues across our marketing and communications team who deliver regional and local campaigns, policy and public affairs, digital comms and creative design
