Requirements
- A team player, with the ability to work independently when required
- A highly organised individual with good attention to detail and good communication skills
- at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role or agency side
- residential Property Management: 2 years
- A demonstratable knowledge of current legislation is essential, as is a full UK driving licence and ideally your own car for business use
Responsibility
- primary contact with Tenants in respect of Tenancy Agreements, Inventories, Check In and Check Out inspections, Tenant Deposit Scheme administration, Property Inspections, Rent Collection / Arears Recovery and Serving statutory notices, including S21 and S8 notices when required
- responsible for all relevant compliance matters including Landlord Licences, EPC’s, Gas Safety and Electrical Inspections
