we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team
you are also expected to contribute to the creation of new menu items and weekly specials
hours of work average of 40-48 per week, 4/5 days over 7
our ideal candidate will be used to cooking fresh food in a high volume environment, whilst ensuring all aspects of managing the kitchen and team are met on a daily basis so experience in leading a large team, stock ordering, food hygiene, health & safety are vital
excellent communication skills are required to enable the smooth operation of service alongside our front of house team, a good personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure is also required
working under the Head Chef and along with our other Sous Chefs you will be expected to manage the kitchen in their absence
