  • we are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Banqueting Head Chef to lead the production of high quality food for our busy wedding venue
  • complete the weekly rota for your staff
  • you will be responsible for the running of the banqueting kitchen maintaining a high level of food quality and production with the aim of exceeding our guests' expectations
  • during quiet times in banqueting, roll into restaurant service and assist the Pub Head Chef where required
