Responsibility
- preparing and cooking high quality dishes and efficiently running breakfast and lunch services in a kitchen in view of customers
- working with the owner to create menus on the basis of the food calendar
- stock control and food ordering
- general kitchen management, including minimising waste and following all relevant food hygiene regulations
- preparing staff lunches
- daytime shifts four days a week - Wednesday – Saturday
- 36-40 hours per week
