THE IDLE BAKERY & CAFE is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • preparing and cooking high quality dishes and efficiently running breakfast and lunch services in a kitchen in view of customers
  • working with the owner to create menus on the basis of the food calendar
  • stock control and food ordering
  • general kitchen management, including minimising waste and following all relevant food hygiene regulations
  • preparing staff lunches
  • daytime shifts four days a week - Wednesday – Saturday
  • 36-40 hours per week
