- to help, assist, offer good advice and service to all customers in the store to the best of your ability. If you cannot help it is your responsibility to make sure someone else attends to the customer
- ensure the department is fully stocked and cleaned at all times
- report any accidents to your manager
- ensure all stock is appropriately tagged and stored and that correct procedures are followed throughout any sales transaction
