assist with data projects including but not restricted to data cleansing, collation of information and data analysis
develop and maintain effective databases to support the work of clinical and non-clinical colleagues
help with the recording of new donors and gifts into the fundraising database when required
be responsible for the creation and removal of user profiles in system managed by Head of Information and Quality Assurance
assist with the delivery of clinical reports extracted from patient information systems, including monthly and annual activity data, incident reporting and bespoke reports on an ad-hoc basis
be responsible for the implementation of new coding structures as instructed by the Head of Information for the patient database
support the fundraising team with assisting in the extraction of data for mail and email campaigns
assist in maintaining both the clinical and fundraising databases, ensuring all information is correct, accurate and relevant for teams to work to their full potential
