Responsibility

  • assist with data projects including but not restricted to data cleansing, collation of information and data analysis
  • develop and maintain effective databases to support the work of clinical and non-clinical colleagues
  • help with the recording of new donors and gifts into the fundraising database when required
  • be responsible for the creation and removal of user profiles in system managed by Head of Information and Quality Assurance
  • assist with the delivery of clinical reports extracted from patient information systems, including monthly and annual activity data, incident reporting and bespoke reports on an ad-hoc basis

  • support the fundraising team with assisting in the extraction of data for mail and email campaigns
