Requirements
- strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- experience in sports coaching or personal training is preferred but not essential
- excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
- relevant certifications in personal training or fitness instruction are advantageous
- ability to motivate clients and create a supportive training atmosphere
