Responsibility
answer general, maintenance and emergency phone calls, dealing with all general enquiries and resolve reported issues accordingly
act as a central point of contact for all landlords, tenants, and contractors
instruct maintenance works and ensure the completion of the work
complete property visits
arrange pre tenancy preparations, safety checks and ensure properties are compliant
Requirements
ability to work under pressure and to work in a team
exceptional organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
capable of effectively managing conflict and solving problems
ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies
full UK Driving Licence and Car
experience in Property Management for a minimum of 5 years. Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management would be an advantage but not essential
