- you will work closely with other departments, particularly with our Customer Experience Team and Operations Team
- A confident, professional telephone manner, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, proven IT and general administration competences would all be advantageous
- administrative tasks include order processing from our e-commerce platform, creating quotes, attentive and proactive client liaison to resolve order queries etc. and other general administration and office tasks
- the successful candidate will have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team, prioritise work, and be relentless in the prospecting field

Responsibility
- as Corporate Experience Assistant you would play a vital role as a frontline member of the Corporate Experience Team, supporting our Customer Experience Specialist in making outbound calls to companies and providing our corporate customers with premium customer service
- you will be motivated, outgoing, personable and effective, with the kind of personality to enjoy prospecting and go above and beyond and do the right thing for our customers
