- JOB DESCRIPTION – Client Care Manager
- based Malmesbury, with rota requirement to include Nailsworth, Tetbury and Royal Wootton Bassett

- it is the experience of client care which will often leave the greatest impression
- consistent delivery of excellent client service throughout the team and across all locations
- it is our aim to consistently deliver the highest standards of service to our clients
- line management of 6 team members; including probationary reviews, annual appraisals, & signposting to appropriate training
- recruitment of new Client Care team members, from advertising through to the induction process, in liaison with HR
