actively research, identify and qualify new leads
make outbound sales calls to senior executives
book sales pitches with decision-makers encompassing the full sales cycle
liaise with senior executives to discuss their learning requirements and provide solutions from our Masterclass portfolio
deliver complete sales pitches with decision-makers encompassing the full sales cycle
skilfully handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals
keep CRM records up to date with deal and customer status
develop and operate your own sales pipeline to be measured against individual and team goals
Requirements
highly motivated and achievement-driven professional with proven consultative sales experience to large multinational companies
proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets to deliver maximum revenue
working as part of a team in a fast evolving environment
self-driven and highly organised
ambitious and focused on achieving business targets
ability to build credibility quickly with new clients and articulate a strong value proposition at C-Suite level
strong presentation skills at an executive level
exceptional verbal and written communication, including in-person, on the telephone and video presentations, with an aptitude for developing long-term relationships with clients
