Responsibility
- multi-tasking - experience of organising and juggling diverse baking tasks is necessary
- planning & prioritising your weekly production baking schedule for wholesale shops, private orders and our retail market stall
- ingredient stock management and ordering of ingredients
- occasionally masking/decorating some cakes & cupcakes
- work with the business owner on creating new products
- maintaining constant excellent quality of all products - attention to detail, ensuring consistency of taste, texture and appearance as well as quality control are essential
- working closely with our cake decorator/pastry chef including other team members to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner for despatch daily
