Responsibility
- take Inbound Sales Leads and follow the established Sales Process
- make outbound calls to new and elapsed clients
- promoting our products and services to potential customers
- maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing high levels of customer support
- log new enquires on to the CRM system ensuring that all necessary fields are populated and accurate
- communicate important feedback from customers internally
- supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
- we are looking for a highly motivated and reliable person to support the growth of the business. The successful applicant needs to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure
Requirements
- MHE/Plant/Access Equipment: 2 years
- customer Service / Sales experience : 2 years
- job Types: Part-time, Permanent
- part-time hours: 27.50 per week
