Hello! The Flower Nest is looking for a Barista/Bartender who is comfortable in providing excellent customer service. The role requires experience in either working as a Barista, making specialty coffee, or as a Bartender with cocktail experience. They prefer someone who can do both or is willing to learn. The salary for the position is £10.50-£11.00 per hour and there are full-time positions available. Other benefits include staff discounts, a share of service charge based on hours worked, equal share of tips, and a no-ego and no-blame cultured environment.
