I am going to give as much information as best my knowledge of the service that I have sought from this company. The husband (deleted by the administrator) runs this so called NLY company. My architect suggested that I hire (deleted by the administrator) to complete ground drainage mechanical engineering aspect of our new house. I have paid him £1,800 for the service. When they were sent to Thames water I found out that they have been completed wrong. It seems like (deleted by the administrator) takes every job for the money and don’t study the details at well. He has no clue where the file, manhole and foul drainage sewer were. Obviously I didn’t know this prior to Thames waters reply. It won’t surprise if his qualifications were obtained from aboard. My architect and I have been e-mailing and calling both (deleted by the administrator) hundreds of time, I even got his wife involved to rectify the problems pending March 2022. He once acknowledged and said he will sort it out. However nothing was done. If was so incompetent he should have just let me know and returned my money. I am so disappointed, left out of pocket and have to appoint another individual to sort his mess. Please stay AWAY from this company. They have no shame, no guilt and integrity. I have reported this company to an independent body.
I am very particular with my words…..but I truly hope that Karma gets to them ammen!!
