- we are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our Finance team. The purpose of this role is to assist the Financial Director and Financial Accountant with the effective running of the FPA's finance function
- ensure AR Aging items are swiftly resolved, maximising cash collection
- undertake additional tasks as requested by the Financial Accountant/Finance Director

Requirements
- AAT Level 4 qualified or near completion
- highly organised with excellent time management and organisational skills
- strong finance background
- at least 3 years’ in a busy finance role, with line management experience
- excellent understanding of banking processes, procedures, and associated reconciliations
- calm and professional disposition and ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines with a flexible approach to changing priorities
- high degree of integrity with a willingness to accept responsibility
- ability to work effectively with minimal management guidance/supervision
