- to provide support to patients in the form of coping, self-help and self-management techniques
- to assist the named nurse and patients who use our services to create their own care plans
- to provide therapeutic interventions and support in a relaxed and respectful manner

- to undertake a range of clinical and physical observations, documenting them within rating scales and communicating promptly with the nurse in charge of shift
- to undertake shifts on a rota basis, which includes some weekend and night working. To work clinically within all areas of the substance misuse treatment delivery system and to role model good practice to all staff

Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
