THE FAMILY MEDIATION PRACTICE is looking for employees for positions:

assistant Practice Manager Hours 37.5 hours per week
the role is complemented by the Operations Manager and Reception Supervisor working together as an operations team across the two sites
you will be a key point of contact for staff in the day-to-day function of the practice including rotas and clinical appointment book management, HR support, clinical system maintenance and reporting and site management
the successful candidate will ideally have at least 3 years experience in working in a GP practice, including experience of staff management
A good understanding of primary care systems, NHS and CQC standards and policy is required, with ability to prioritise competing demands, use own initiative, and to make decisions within practice guidelines
to be able to address any issues as they arise with support from the wider management team
they should be a good team player, able to make and communicate decisions and to deputize for the Practice Business Manager in their absence as required
A varied and fast paced role, there will be opportunities for training and development and to lead on certain projects to bring quality improvement throughout the year as they arise
