Responsibility
- diary management for the MD, including a weekly diary meeting to discuss upcoming appointments and other requests
- collate data from various departments/people and provide reports on a weekly /monthly basis
- prepare reports for Board Meetings
- liaise with senior management
- arrange internal meetings with managers and staff
- meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
- be the first point of contact for the MD, including managing his inbox, dealing with enquiries where possible, and flagging urgent items
- take on projects as required by the MD
Requirements
- strong organisational and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- professional approach, discretion, integrity, and appreciation of the confidential nature of the work
- be able to work as a part of a team
- demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic can-do approach
- administrative: 2 years
- ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
