User evaluation:
Shame the place has went downhill since the revamp. The foods awful, new management and staff are cheeky. Would not recommend, my card has been over charged twice now. Heinkien has ruined the pub, regulars don't go near it now. Cleaning the place on occasions would be a good thing. There's little entertainment on offer. More interested in taking pictures of dogs. Not going back!

It's unfortunate that your experience at The Dug'n'Duck wasn't satisfactory. It's quite concerning that your card was overcharged – did you manage to sort this out with them? The decline in regular customers is also a telling sign.
