Responsibility

• rotate and monitor stock, so that we are always selling the freshest of goods, and never run out
• communicating details of item shortage to Kitchen Management, ensuring that they are able to deal with it in a timely fashion
• working along-side Kitchen Management on a day-to-day basis, assisting with opening and closing of the kitchen, and prepping food for the day, allowing the shift to run speedily and smoothly
