Responsibility
- we are seeking a Room Leader to lead and manage our large, busy and vibrant Over 3's Room Room
- you will be required to work 40 hours per week over 5 days
- you must be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality care and learning opportunities for children
- this is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nursery Nurse with experience of being a Room Leader to join our group of high quality nurseries, with excellent opportunities for career progression
- undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by line manager

Requirements
- overseeing the smooth running and high quality early years practice within the room
- being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a group of children
- promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- ensuring health, safety and well being of the children at all times
- develop and maintain professional working relationships with relevant outside agencies
- proactively promote the nursery to current and potential parents/customers including in the wider community
- nursery: 2 years
- room Leader: 1 year
