- implementing the communications approach
- creating and writing the schools communications which may include newsletters, bulletins, group emails, online assemblies, notices in training, speeches
- maintaining the systems used in the school’s communications e.g. email groups, online phone system, TCW website, email signatures
- working with the Headteacher to continue to develop the brand, image and tone of the school
- maintaining TCW’s website and social media presence
- working with the HR department on recruitment including promoting jobs, creating job descriptions, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
- designing an appropriate and consistent communications approach to all important stakeholders including staff, students, parents, trustees, referrers and the public that articulates the shared vision and values of the school
- maintaining TCWs numerous policies and procedures, ensuring they are clearly and well written, up-to-date and complement each other
