this post will be based at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool Monday to Friday, including some weekend and Bank Holiday work as required, part time hours may be available by negotiation
you will need excellent organisation and communication skills, ability to manage your own time effectively and follow procedures accurately
as the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Medicines Delivery service, which delivers medicines directly to patients’ homes, delivers and collects dispensed stock medicines to other clinical hubs locally
you will provide leadership within the PharmaC logistics department on a daily basis to ensure all activities are being performed according to Good Distribution Practice procedures
accountable for the completion of daily deliveries as well unscheduled and ad-hoc product deliveries, including all required documentation
you will use your logistics knowledge of the various areas of receiving, storage, product packing, forward pick area, and inventory control to support ongoing continuous improvement to Medicines Delivery Service
