Requirements
- previous experience in a security role is preferred, particularly in a supervisory capacity, minimum of 3 years experience
- previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- certification in first aid is highly desirable, as well as ACT and WAVE certification
- knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies
- familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
- strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- first aid certification is advantageous but not mandatory
- knowledge of first aid procedures
