Responsibility
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service
- coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
- manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of coffee, bartending, catering and food production operations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- supervising experience: 1 year
