• to maintain the correct HACCP principles and ensure all legislative standards are met and compliant

• we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Catering Manager who is responsible for the catering provision within our primary school to deliver a quality service and to ensure that all students and staff are served excellent meals working within our high food standards
• you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, food service, kitchen and dining room hygiene and be involved with teaching opportunities with students in a busy and demanding environment
• the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the high standards of food hygiene, health and safety and service of the catering operation, be able to organise and supervise the work of other staff working in the kitchen
