Responsibility
- maximise team performance through leading and directing GMs and their teams
- deliver year on year sales growth and budgeted profit
- drive sales through pro-active local community marketing, special occasions, and events
- maximise EBITDA in the area through monitoring cost control and coaching managers to improve their ability to control costs
- meet the specified service and hospitality standards by coaching and setting personal objectives for General Managers
- drive consistent standards through regular visits and observing the shift
- lead the improvement of service and hospitality delivery based on customer and business reporting for the area
- resolve every guest complaint received for the area and actively promote positive feedback
Requirements
- must live on patch
- operations experience within a hospitality multi-site business is essential
- builds strong relationships with stakeholders
- experience of coaching and people development people
- acumen and strategic thinking
- strong organisational skills and ability to drive results
- experience of delivering sales growth and P&L profit conversion
