- assisting the manager with opening and closing the bar
- taking responsibility for welcoming and seeing off customers
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- interacting with customers to offer encouragement and help create an enjoyable and social environment
- play a vital role in shift changeovers, supporting the team and ensuring all areas are running smoothly
- responsible for leading by example and helping to train other members of staff on the job
- responsible for checking cleanliness during open, changeover and close and stock levels
- responsible for ensuring the bar is organised, this includes cupboards, shelves and storage units
Requirements
- supervising experience: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
