Responsibility
- successful applicants will have a good knowledge and understanding of person centred care
- the successful applicant will be expected to be responsible for the direct supervision of care staff
- key duties include administering, Risk assessing and Care planning and liaising with members of the multi-disciplinary team
- ordering and monitoring medications
- the Conifers Nursing Home, Hambleton, Poulton le Fylde has an opportunity for a qualified nurse RGN or RMN to join our team as Clinical Lead
- valid NMC Pin required
- as well as having clinical knowledge, applicants for this role must have strong communication skills and ability to lead other staff members
- salary £17.00- £18.00 per hour , Uniforms DBS and training provided. Nursing home experience desirable but not essential
