Responsibility
- our country pub hotel is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of the bar, restaurant and rooms
- part or Full Time opportunities available. We can be flexible
- we would love them to participate in staff training, promotions, and events and to get involved in ensuring the highest levels standards of hygiene, motivating the team, and providing excellent customer service
- ideally, the candidate will have at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry and be ready to work evenings and weekends, have familiarity with POS systems, and be proficient in stock control, although this is not essential as full training will be provided
- we want a Shift Supervisor, who has a passion for customer service, is dedicated to upholding the values of our business and is able to work well with his/her colleagues
