- analyse web data and audience research data to evaluate marketing campaigns
- assist in devising longer-term marketing strategies
- maintenance of CRM strategies
- monitor our EPOS systems, including creating show listings, managing bookings and providing consistently excellent customer service
- liaise with in-venue team & 3rd parties regarding logistics for delivery of club shows as part of our Core Team
- supporting financial activity including administering invoices, show accounts and BACs payments
- assisting with implementation of company strategy to continue delivering award-winning stand up comedy
Education
- A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience in administration or marketing
- interest in comedy
- demonstrable understanding of marketing campaigns
- demonstrable experience with Google Ads & SEM
- experience in providing high standards of customer service
- experience in managing small teams
- based in London or easy commuting distance
- experience in delivery of live or corporate events
