Responsibility
- to ensure that all sales invoices and related transactions are promptly and accurately recorded
- that all funds due are collected within agreed timescales, and only appropriate deductions are made by customers
- to create the EDI and market invoice runs on a daily basis
- thanet Earth is Britain’s leading glasshouse complex and sits proudly within the landscape of East Kent. These six enormous glasshouses are estimated to produce around 400 million tomatoes, 30 million cucumbers and 24 million peppers each year
- process and record credit adjustments, debit adjustments and credit notes

- monitor the daily despatched and not invoiced report and take appropriate action to ensure that invoices can be generated for issue
Requirements
- qualified to Level 3 AAT or equivalent
- the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with both internal and external contacts
- minimum 3 years working in a sales ledger/credit control environment
- A professional telephone manner
- excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
- the capability to build and maintain relationships with customers’ accounting personnel
- proven time management and prioritisation skills
- sales ledger/credit control: 3 years
