Requirements
- previous experience as an Assistant and supporting executives
- experience working within a global organization, scheduling across multiple time zones
- experience with Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred
- A driven individual with a strong work ethic, and initiative, able to hit the ground running
- the ability to stay calm under pressure, whilst maintaining a sense of urgency and efficiency when appropriate
- organized with an excellent eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
- strong interpersonal skills, with the understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- willing to travel domestically for meetings and internationally for team meets when required
Responsibility
- working efficiently and seamlessly to support the CEO
- inbox support and correspondence - Sorting incoming emails by filing, and prioritizing, whilst ensuring strict confidentiality
- diary management - prioritizing and rescheduling as necessary
- management of all travel arrangements - Including transport, accommodation, itineraries, and visas when required
- expense management - reconcile monthly corporate card charges and reimbursements as required
- proactively ensure adequate meeting preparation, including relevant documents and briefings
- record and disseminate notes and follow-up actions when required
- support with presentation creation, formatting, proof-reading as required
