Responsibility
- assist with the day-to-day duties of Administration and Operations
- schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently
- dealing with our clients over the phone and via email
- report production and report checking
- issuing reports and certificates to the clients to ensure deadlines are met
- updating internal and client data bases
- understand planning KPI’s and the revenue tracker
- ordering consumables for field staff
Requirements
- this position involves undertaking a variety of administrative tasks within a busy office reporting to the Operations Manager
- A high level of accuracy when typing and the ability to work to deadlines is required
- training will be given in the use of a number of company systems
- you will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to cover a variety of tasks to assist the Sheffield office with the planning of the work for our field-based colleagues, while liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently
