  • ability to use and implement a new computer software
  • experience dealing with important clients; landlords, tenants and contractors
  • ARLA Propertymark
  • property Management: 5 years
  • customer service: 3 years

Responsibility

  • ad-hoc assistance to other colleagues and departments within the company as needed
  • organise renewal of safety certification and remedial works during the tenancy
  • ensuring all properties have a valid Gas Safety, EICR and PAT other requirements certifications
  • property Visits and inspections including vacant and tenanted properties
  • arranging pre tenancy works in relation to special clauses agreed at offer point and ensuring timely completion
  • liaising with clients and keeping them regularly updated
