Responsibility
- tenby Golf Club are seeking to appoint a Breakfast Chef at their newly built hotel, restaurant and bar
- tenby Golf Club are seeking to appoint a Chef de Partie at their newly built hotel, restaurant and bar
- the course itself is the oldest in Wales, having been established in 1888
- as Breakfast Chef you will report directly to the Head Chef
- preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes on the breakfast menu & buffet for up to 50 guests
- ensuring the breakfast section is always well stocked
- assisting the rest of the kitchen team with lunch service
- the new purpose built facility comprises of 22 bedrooms, 40 cover restaurant, 30 cover private dining room, bar and coffee lounge area, located on Tenby's prestigious 18 hole links golf course
Requirements
- the ability to reliably start work at 6am
- city & Guilds 706/1 | 706/2 Catering
- minimum 2 years cooking experience
- knowledge and ability to run this section of the kitchen
- NVQ Level 2
- ability to work without close supervision
- good communication skills
- good level of attention to detail
