- proficient in a range of beauty treatments including barbering, makeup application, and deep tissue massage
- excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- strong hospitality skills to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for clients
- ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- prior experience in guest services and upselling beauty products is advantageous
Responsibility
- provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- manage appointments efficiently and ensure the salon runs smoothly
- upsell beauty products and services to clients
- create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon
- utilise social media platforms to promote services and engage with clients
- perform a variety of beauty treatments including makeup application, and deep tissue massage, threading, waxing, mani & pedi and all other beauty treatments
- the receptionist should have worked in Skin Clinic with sound knowledge of aesthetic & beauty treatments
