- experience with operating invoice discounting facilities
- we are currently seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk/ Credit Controller to join our growing team
- high level of attention to detail
- you will work closely with the company’s Co-CEO’s on our offices in Central London
- TECS Group is a specialist provider of technology-led building compliance services across the UK. We have offices in Central London, West Midlands and Manchester and work for customers in the public and private sectors
Responsibility
- ensuring all sales invoices are raised in a timely manner and queries responded to
- liaison with heads of department to ensure sales invoices are raised at agreed monthly intervals
- management of debtors ledger and ensuring debts are collected in a timely way
- sending statements of account to customers at agreed frequencies
- setting up new customer accounts and applying credit limits
- build relationships with customers finance teams to assist with timely credit control
- you will report directly to the Co-CEO’s and be expected to work closely with the three Heads of Department
