Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in a quality management role within a high-precision engineering or machining environment
- strong understanding of AS9100D standards, QMS management, and audit processes; experience with ISO14001 preferred
- proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects, with measurable impact on KPIs
- experience managing a quality or inspection team, with a focus on mentorship, technical guidance, and process improvement
- skilled in quality measurement strategies, inspection methodologies, and technical decision-making
Responsibility
- coordinate with certification bodies to prepare for all audits, ensuring timely and thorough corrective actions
- prepare customer-specific documentation, including FAIRs , to meet customer and regulatory requirements
- regularly report on performance metrics to the Managing Director, making recommendations to optimize quality outcomes and support business goals
- serve as the primary quality contact for customers, collaborating to meet quality requirements and ensure readiness for new product introductions
- provide expertise and support in measurement strategies, quality inspections, and technical decision-making for the department
- maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and customer requirements
