TEAGLE MACHINERY is looking for employees for positions:
credit controller
Responsibility
- provide regular reports to the Finance Director and others on a weekly and monthly basis as required
- ensure compliance with credit insurance requirements
- expand and develop knowledge of the Epicor ERP system
- take ownership of Credit Control, with a view to optimising cash flow and minimising bad debt risk, whilst building & maintaining excellent relationships with sales personnel and customers
- input of data to the Sales ledger on the Epicor ERP system, including liaison with the Sales admin team to oversee the sales invoicing process
- expand and develop knowledge of other Accounts department functions in order to provide assistance & support to other team members, and to be able to deputise for others when required
Requirements
- educated to A level standard or equivalent
- progress towards a qualification such as AAT would be advantageous
- experience of credit control very desirable, but not necessarily essential for a highly motivated individual
- experience in a substantial “real world” industrial or commercial environment would be very useful
- experience of other Accounts functions
- excellent communication and time management skills
- ability to work well as part of a team
